Private Yoga Sessions could be helpful to you if:

  • You are a beginner and what to learn without feeling nervous or intimidated by a group practice.
  • You have a specific goal/issue you are working towards (for example, improving balance and flexibility).
  • You have a health issue (arthritis, sleeplessness, anxiety) or injuries (knee, shoulder, back).
  • You want to develop a home yoga or meditation practice to incorporate into your daily life.
  • You would like to incorporate yoga in your weight-loss or strength training regime.

Private instruction is tailored to your individual needs and allows you to deepen your practice at your own pace.

Ready to Edge Further?

  • Schedule a Private or Semi-Private (group of family or friends) Teaching Session.
  • Lesson Location: Zoom or in-person (Covid regulations permitting).
