Join a community of like-minded individuals in a virtual space all from the comfort of your own home. Give yourself the gift of an hour to practice, let go, and unfasten your heart towards a new way of being in both your personal and professional life. There’s no need to be strong or flexible to begin a yoga practice. All you need is an open mind and the inspiration to want to bring yoga into your life.
