Vinyasa flow is a dynamic practice where postures and transitions are linked together with the breath, so often each pose flows into the next. Our practice together aims to build heat in the body, use breathing techniques to boost your vitality and mindful movement to develop strength and stimulate the cardiovascular system.
This allows body's natural systems to work at their best so you can reach your true potential both on and off the mat.
Give yourself the gift of an hour to practice. Let go, unfasten the armour and allow yourself to move towards a new way of being. There’s no need to be strong or flexible to begin a yoga practice, even a dynamic one as lots of alternatives will be available. All you need is an open mind and the inspiration to want to bring yoga into your life.
